South Korean Singer And Actor Sulli Found Dead At Her Seongnam Residence
K-Pop star Sulli, who was a part of South Korean girl group f(x) has been found dead at her Seongnam residence on Mondaqy, October 14.  Her death was reported by her manager, who found her unconscious at her home. According to Korea Herald, Sulli’s manager had found her dead on the second floor of her residence at around 3:21 pm. His last phone call to Sulli ended at 6.30 pm on Sunday after which he had been unable to reach the singer-actor.

Sulli’s manager visited her after he couldn’t reach her after the last phone call on Sunday, and found her unconscious. According to a report in Korean Herald, the police are still investigating the case, but they suspect suicide. However, a suicide note has not been found so far as of late Monday afternoon. Korea Herald reported a police official saying, “It seems that Choi was living alone at the house. It looks like she ended her life but we will investigate, open to all possibilities.”





Sulli’s real name was Choi Jin-ri and the 25-year-old had first debuted in 2005 as a child actor in the SBS drama Ballad of Seodong. In 2009, she became a  member of the South Korean girl group f(x), however, she later left the K-pop group in 2015 and turned to acting. She later resumed her music career with a feature on Dean’s single Dayfly in November 2018. She also hosted JTBC’s ‘Night of Hate Comments’  variety show. She further also made her solo debut in June 2019 with the single album Goblin.
